研究方向

植物(林木)遗传,功能基因组与生物信息学。运用新一代测序技术、生物信息学、植物发育生物学及分子生物学方法解析植物在发育和胁迫下的生理、代谢反应。

My research area isplant (forest tree) genetics, functional genomics and bioinformatics.We utilisenext-generation sequencing technology, bioinformatics, plant developmental biology and molecular biology methods to study plants' physiological and metabolic responses under development and stress.
